Account Deletion
You can delete your Naukado account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting us.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request permanent deletion of your account and data, send an email to:
legal@naukado.com
Please include your registered email address in the request. We will process your deletion request and confirm within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
• Account information (username, email address, password hash)
• All flashcard groups and individual flashcards
• All saved quiz results
• All AI-generated notes
• All saved essays and text generations
• All math solutions
• Chat history with the AI assistant
• Usage statistics and preferences
Data Retention After Deletion
After your account is deleted:
• Personal data is deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request
• Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained indefinitely
• Data required by law will be kept for the legally mandated period
• Encrypted backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently purged
Important: Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings before requesting deletion.
