1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Naukado application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Naukado.
2. Description of Service
Naukado is an AI-powered learning application (the "Service") that provides educational tools including: AI-generated flashcards, interactive quizzes, study notes, essay writing assistance, math problem solving, podcast generation, language learning tools, and an AI study assistant chatbot.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
• Resell or provide unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Content should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose
• You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before acting upon it
6. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Free users have access to the Service subject to daily usage limits, which reset at midnight.
Premium Plans: Premium subscriptions offer higher usage limits and additional features, available on weekly, monthly, or annual billing cycles.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: All refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
7. Intellectual Property
The Naukado application — including its design, interface, code, and branding — is owned by Naukado and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains your property. By using the Service, you grant Naukado a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAUKADO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
